There is a series of talks with readings from Pepys’ Diary being given in the church during 2008.

8 September Pepys and John Dryden (1631-1700)

6 October Pepys and The Royal Society (founded 1660)

3 November Pepys and Aphra Behn (1640-1689)

1 December Pepys and Daniel Defoe (1660-1731)

 

The cost is £10 per meeting which includes hot food and wine or soft drink and coffee or tea. The venue is the church and the time is 6.15 for 6.45pm.
